Job Description Job Description Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and 1 year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A skilled Cath Lab Technologist role is available, offering the opportunity to contribute expertise in cardiac imaging and catheterization procedures. This contract position requires proficiency in the specialized skills necessary for the Cath Lab environment, including patient preparation, operation of imaging equipment, and collaboration with the healthcare team to support diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain catheterization laboratory equipment and supplies. Assist cardiologists during diagnostic and interventional procedures. Monitor patient status and provide support throughout procedures. Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols. Document procedures accurately and assist with inventory management. Participate in rotating call and holiday coverage including one winter and one summer holiday rotation. Qualifications & Desired Experience: Proven experience as a Cath Lab Technologist with solid skills in cardiac imaging techniques. Current ACLS and BLS certification required. Strong understanding of Cath Lab protocols and procedures. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Schedule/Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Rotating on-call schedule. Holiday rotations included as noted.
