As a Staff Pharmacist at Walmart, you will be an integral part of a
dynamic team, ensuring the safe and effective dispensation of
medications and providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced
retail environment. Dispense prescription medications accurately
and efficiently. Provide counseling and advice to patients on their
prescriptions, healthcare equipment, and OTC products. Conduct
health and wellness screenings. Manage pharmacy inventory and
perform regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
Adhere to all regulatory and ethical standards pertaining to
pharmacy operations. Strong knowledge of pharmacology and
pharmaceutical sciences. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Ability to multitask and manage high levels of stress.
Proficient in using pharmacy management software and technology.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Current and active Pharmacist license in the state of
employment. Certification in Immunization Delivery is highly
desirable.
