As a Behavior Technician, you’ll provide 1:1 support for children with autism in our early intervention center in Canton, MI, helping them build communication, social, and life skills through play-based learning. Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly Responsibilities: Support a positive, safe, and engaging environment that promotes learning through play. Maintain cleanliness and organization within therapy spaces. Track and record data on each child’s progress using our electronic system. Welcome and communicate professionally with families and coworkers. Deliver individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under BCBA supervision. Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to pass background and child safety clearances. Active, hands-on approach to work — you’ll often engage in play, kneeling, or lifting small children. Passion for working with individuals on the autism spectrum - patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are key. Willingness to learn — ABA experience is a plus, but not required (training provided).
