Technical Sales Engineer - -
SUMMARY:Under general supervision, Sales Engineers understand the
technical aspects of a technical product and explaining them to
potential consumers. Their duties include consulting on product
development, explaining product features to customers, quoting, and
negotiating contract terms. -RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prospect, develop and close new
business with new and existing customers.Acquisition of new
projectsMaking offers to the client.Maintaining and building a good
relationship with the different customers to ensure future
expansions.Management of all issues related to his material group,
during the series and project phases of all customer
products.Regularly travel to perform customer consultations to
determine needs and solutions, and obtain detailed information for
estimates and proposalsMaintain involvement on turnkey projects,
demonstrations, and other related customer projects to meet
deadlines and budgetsPossess and maintain an in-depth knowledge of
machine tool industry and product lines presented by the
companyDevelopment and solution of special issuesCustomer
satisfactionManaging of all commercial topicsQuote sample parts for
customer analysisQuote engineering changesDiscuss commercial issues
with customerQuoting CKD and spare partsPerform Overviews of your
material groupKick-off of new projectsCustomer meetingsPrice
reconciliationNegotiating new projectsActive participation in phase

- This position requires a Bachelor's degree In Industrial
Engineering Or related area or the equivalent combination of
education and experience.
- Co-Op/ internship and/ or up to 2 years' professional
experience in the following area(s): Industrial Engineering, Sales
Engineering - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - REQUIRED
SKILLS:
- Reliable technical background
- Good marketing skills and business sense
- Ability to work with others as a team
- Ability to build client relationships easily
- Analytical ability and great problem-solving skills
- Presentation skills and ability to convey product value
- High-level organizational skills for maintaining sales
territory
- Self-confidence to support persuasion and sales efforts
- Bachelor's degree on Industrial Engineering, Business
Administration, Trading or related Technical or Economical
Background
- Strong professional communication and presentation skills
- Innovative approach to problem-solving and the ability to
thrive in a results-based environment.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as experience
in using CRM software.
- 1 year in negotiation and direct customer service

Previous outside sales experience

Work is normally performed in an
office, laboratory, manufacturing floor, or machine shop setting
where physical work includes, but is not limited to, sitting,
