To learn more about our company, please visit www.gallagheruniform.com..The Sales & Marketing Assistant provides a variety of support activities to the President, Sales Manager and Sales Professionals which enable them to achieve their sales growth goals. This person is accountable to the President and will work closely with the Sales Team, The Customer Service Team and other Gallagher Uniform Teams as necessary. This person will also manage the internal communications tools that highlight the company's culture, focus areas and updates (TV monitors, newsletters, text alerts, etc.).Role & Responsibilities:Manage sales/marketing material, garment samples, electronic files, catalogsManage promotions, campaigns and target marketing including ROI tracking of the campaignsUpdate the content for all social media including addressing queriesCraft weekly newsletter for internal communicationLiaison with the 3rd party marketing company relationshipTrack Sales Rep activities and goals via CRMProvide daily management reportsUpdate & maintain prospect & customer CRM databaseScreen & Qualify incoming sales callsPrepare proposals, contracts, power points, other presentationsHelp transition new customers to Customer ServiceSupport all aspects of Marketing to prospects, customers and employees as neededProvide content, editing and support for Website, Newsletters, Advertising and Email/Text BlastsManage and update the company's cell phone distribution programOther duties as assignedCollege degree is required (prefer course work or degree in marketing or communication). Experience in a business-to-business marketing/sales environment preferred.Hands-on experience with web content management tools.Experience with marketing campaigns on social media platforms.Opportunities to move into a Management Role with proven experience!
