Title Chemical Process Technician -BTA IDuration 12 monthsShift: A fixed 28-day rotational cycle with 12-hour shifts.AM/Day Shift Rotation: 6:45 AM 7:15 PMPM/Night Shift Rotation: 6:45 PM 7:15 AMThe candidate in this role will be responsible for the safe operation of dry powder batch processes and material handling equipment. This hands-on manufacturing position involves working closely with products, equipment, and team members to operate chemical processes, package products, and perform other assigned operational activities. The candidate is expected to identify and report safety violations or concerns, maintain good attendance, practice teamwork, and uphold housekeeping standards. This assignment provides an opportunity for full-time placement.Key Responsibilities:Demonstrate adherence to safety standards in the operation of chemical processes and material handling equipment.Troubleshoot equipment-related issues to ensure smooth operations.Operate material handling equipment and conduct chemical processes.Identify and report safety violations or concerns promptly.Maintain good attendance, practice teamwork, and ensure a clean work environment.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of solid work experience.Experience in food or pharmaceutical processing is beneficial.Basic computer skills.Ability to work effectively in both team and independent environments.Exhibit good work habits, including attendance, safety, and housekeeping.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Physical Requirements:Availability to work 24/7 rotating shifts.Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally.Capability to wear a Pressurized Air Purifying Respirator.Safely ascend and descend multiple flights of stairs during the shift.by Jobble
