Description:2nd: 3 pm to 11 pm3rd: 11 pm to 7 amDay to Day - The shift starts 30-45 min before the actual production shift starts where they connect with the other supervisor to review tasks needed to get completed. This person first and main responsibility is the management/leadership of the team. This consist of the grooming, training and mentoring of the individuals on the team. (10+ maintenance personnel - machine repair, electrician and or boiler mechanics). This also includes the hiring, disciplinary actions as well as reviews for their team. They will be responsible for the delegating the tasks at hand to their team to meet all maintenance goals, schedules and projects as needed. They are responsible for promoting and monitoring safety for their team and will be responsible for attending all safety meetings. They will be responsible for ensuring good housekeeping policies as well as proper sanitation practices this includes enforcing all applicable safety and loss management requirements as well as Post Foods Safety and Risk Management Policies. They will be responsible for following all OSHA Regulations. They will be executing and providing input to weekly maintenance planning process to ensure efficient economical functions, all down/broken equipment needing repairs and lastly all parts/supplies necessary to complete jobs at hand or in the future. They will be responsible for providing input to the preventative and predicative maintenance program to help improve the process as much as possible. They will be delegating preventative/predictive maintenance tasks based on the schedule broken down to daily, weekly, monthly and yearly tasks. With that they will be working with the maintenance program (CMMS) to ensure tasks are being completed and documented. They will be running multiple audits (safety, equipment, sanitation). They will be responsible for providing multiple reports (KPI's, accident, preventative, predictive). They will be responsible for leading and executing capital project installation according to plan and specifications. As mentioned this is at first a leadership/supervision role but this individual will need to be mechanically as well as electrically strong for times they need to step in and do hands on work. Mechanically they must be proficient and familiar with both hydraulics and pneumatics. Electrically they will be working with up to 480 volt, single/three phase, ac/dc motors, wiring, conduit and other related electrical work. They will need to be able to PLC Troubleshoot (mostly Allen Bradley). They have Electrician's/Controls individuals for anything more complex than troubleshooting. They will be working on modern, old and new machinery/equipment.
