-Home Nightly, Competitive Hourly Pay Based on Experience, $2,000 Sign On Bonus-The Gravel Train Driver should expect to load and deliver product safely and maintain a professional image when interacting with customers, vendors, and other drivers.Gravel Train Driver Essential Duties:--- Follow appropriate safety procedures for transporting goods--- Check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order--- Collect delivery instructions from appropriate sources, verifying instructions and routes--- Inspect loads to ensure that cargo is secure--- Maintain logs of working hours or of vehicle service or repair status, following applicable state and federal regulations--- Properly maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions--- Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the appropriate parties--- Obtain receipts or signatures for delivered goods and collect payment for services when required--- Check all load-related documentation for completeness and accuracy--- Drive trucks to weigh stations before and after loading and along routes in compliance with state regulations--- Couple or uncouple trailers by changing trailer jack positions, connecting or disconnecting air or electrical lines, or manipulating fifth-wheel locks--- Check trailers after contents have been unloaded to ensure no damage and all product has been removed--- Clean the inside and outside of trailers as necessaryGravel Train Driver Compensation Package:--- Hourly Pay--- Employee owned company - Employee Stock--- Paid vacation--- 401k with partial employer match--- Healthcare Insurance (Medical, HSA, Vision, Dental)--- Short-term & long-term disability--- Company provided life insurance (buy-up option also available)--- Legal Shield & ID Theft Protection--- Pet insurance

Requirements:
--- Licensed CDL Class A Driver--- Must have a clean MVR--- Must have T Endorsement (Doubles Endorsement)Gravel Train Driver Preferred Requirements:--- 2+ years gravel train driving experience--- Tanker EndorsementGravel Train Driver Physical Requirements:--- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds--- Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen--- Must be able to pass a DOT physicalPM22PI186583515
