EG Workforce Solutions is immediately hiring enthusiastic and motivated individuals who want to grow their careers. Average 55+ hours a week and start at $16.50/hr or higher! DENSO is the lead production factory for automotive air conditioning and engine cooling systems. DENSO's 3000-member Battle Creek team supplies equipment to world-class brands!This is a temp to hire Production Associate position that offers award winning training, team involvement programs, and community initiatives that make DENSO a great manufacturing place to work!Ready to join this team of Production Associates?     - All shifts work 8-10hrs/shift, with additional OT on weekends

    - 2nd shifts start between 3:30 and 4:15pmPosition Requirements:
      - Assembling automotive parts
      - Following safety & compliance procedures
      - Standing for 8+ hours
      - Bending, Twisting, and Lifting up to 35 pounds
      - Great attention to detail
