Description:We are looking for a Service Advisor for our new Bryan, Ohio Store!! We offer a full benefit package including; medical, dental, vision, 401K Match, paid time off and more! Our Service Advisors are responsible for scheduling appointments, helping customers with their automotive needs and will act as the liaison between the customer and the technician. Other duties include the following:Essential Functions:

• Ensure paperwork is prepared for technicians immediately
• Ensure all paperwork is properly filled out, updated, completed, and closed according to McMahon Tire and customer standards; mileage, hours, unit #, PO, etc.
• Answer phones and greet and assist customers in a respectful and timely manner.
• Operate point of sale system to create work orders and invoice customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Compute sales prices, total purchases, and process payments
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment, exchanges and returns, and security practices
• Open and close cash registers, including counting money, balancing drawers, and making deposits
• Generate computer bills
• Clean shelves, counters, and tables
• May act as a fill-in at our other retail locations as needed
• Meet the requirements outlined in the company's employee handbook
• Other duties as neededRequirements:
  • Must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
  • Ability to consistently follow store policies and procedures.
  • Ability to read and complete instructions.
