Job Description/Responsibilities:
The ideal School Leader who leads our Montessori schools is a lifelong educator with an ability to utilize data for decision making, someone who is willing to do anything that they would ask someone else to do, is a servant leader, a quality communicator, and fully invests in staff, students, and families to maintain a positive school culture.
Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:

• 
  
• Current Michigan School Administrator certification or enrolled in a program leading to School Administrator certification within six months after the start of employment.
  
• Knowledge and skills working with students who might have additional challenges beyond education.
  
• Effective use of technology as a means of analyzing academic achievement data and as a tool to aid in communications with stakeholders.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication using proper grammar and vocabulary.
  
• Exemplary work habits verified by previous employers.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills.
  
  Desired Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Successful experience as a teacher or as an instructional leader.
    
  • Previous experience in school leadership roles.
    
  • Experience with the Montessori curriculum.
