IT Support Specialist Responsibilities
* Answer phone calls from our multiple organizations
* Generate tickets into our system to ensure proper
documentation
* Troubleshoot technological issues including phone systems,
computer systems, computers, printers, network systems, and any
other technical equipment
* Administer new user accounts, work email addresses, and access
levels to new employees to ensure they have everything they need to
work efficiently
* Ability to organize and prioritize work items
IT Support Specialist Qualifications
* Excellent customer service skills and desire to help the company
succeed
* Exceptional communication skills, organizational skills, and time
management skills
* Familiarity with Windows and Mac
* General knowledge of troubleshooting Internet connectivity and
other technological office equipment
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365
IT Support Specialist Compensation
* Hourly - $15-$18
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
