Job Description:

Client in Battle Creek, MI is seeking a full time locum Primary Care physician to start in August 2023 for an ongoing assignment.

Schedule: M-F 7:30a - 5p, no weekends, no call, clinic coverage
Patients per day: 20
Adult and Geriatric only, no peds
3 physicians in practice, no midlevels
3 exam rooms per provider
EMR: Cerner
Trauma Level 2 Designation
90 day credentialing timeframe SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Board Certified or BE within 5 years of residency -Required, will take IM or FM
MI license - Required
BLS - Required
Provider must be local, only mileage is reimbursed

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- BLS
- Board Certified
- Board Eligible STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
  - Michigan
