Division Description

Cosma Castings Michigan (CCMI)- a division of Magna International- is located in Battle Creek, Michigan. We are a casting and assembly facility that manufactures automotive body components for GM, Ford, FCA, Honda, and other aftermarket customers. We operate a 300,000-square-foot facility with approximately 500 employees. We offer a market competitive wage and benefit package including 401(k) with company match, 3 levels of PPO medical, dental, and vision insurance (eligible after 30 days), profit sharing program, and other benefits- including paid time off & holidays

Summary of Responsibilities

Pay ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour based on position- with an increase at 6 months!

$1.00 shift premium for 2nd Shift and $0.50 shift premium for 3rd Shift.

We have openings for Fork Lift Operators throughout our facility- including material handlers, shipping and receiving, and production positions. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the position's essential functions.

Key Qualifications/Requirements

* High school diploma or GED is required
* Previous fork lift driving experience required
* You must be available for overtime as needed
* You must pass a urine drug screen, background check, and physical capability examination.
