The IT Support Coordinator provides exceptional internal service to
the organization through phone queue, ticketing system, email, and
in person. The IT Support Coordinator troubleshoots problems and
advise on the appropriate action. The IT Support Coordinator is
responsible for repairing, maintaining, upgrading, and installing
computers and related peripheral equipment. The IT Support
Coordinator provides first-level triage to incoming requests. The
IT Support Coordinator performs diagnostic testing to determine the
source of problems and takes necessary steps to resolve or escalate
the issue. The IT Support Coordinator ensures preventative
maintenance schedules are followed and communicated. The IT Support
Coordinator creates follows, and documents procedures for growing
user knowledge base and troubleshooting.
Responsible for troubleshooting, analyzing problems, and making
repairs on computers, peripheral equipment, and software.
Maintains prioritization and triage of IT issues across the
organization and escalates to the responsible resources for
resolution.
Set up and install new systems, computers, printers, and other
peripherals.
Maintains effective communication and coordination with vendors,
departmental employees, and users across the organization.
Controls asset management of equipment and documents all
procedures.
