Requirements:
Provide exceptional internal service to the organization through phone queue, ticketing system, email, and in person. Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action. Responsible for repairing, maintaining, upgrading, and installing computers and related peripheral equipment. Provides first-level triage to incoming requests. Performs diagnostic testing to determine the source of problems and takes necessary steps to resolve or escalate the issue. Ensures preventative maintenance schedules are followed and communicated.
