As a Social & Influencer Engagement Strategist at Kellogg, you will be a cross-athlete with a deep understanding how creative and integrated marketing channels can impact and drive the overall consumer experience resulting in consumer participation and behavior change through content development and social/influencer engagement.

  • Collaboration is Key - In this collaborative role, you'll partner with brand teams to understand growth objectives, strategies, and consumer behaviors and provide Social and Influencer Engagement support through the Integrated Commercial Planning process. As the Social and Influencer specialist, you'll participate in social strategy development and tactical plan development and execution for social and influencer. At Kellogg's, we achieve together.
  • Lead Social Strategy - With an owner's mindset, you'll lead the development of social strategy alongside our agency partners, and also lead development of the social content calendar, planning and scheduling, and have oversight of community management. Because, consumers are at the heart of everything we create, in this role you'll leverage Social Listening insights for content development and social engagement, and collaborate in the development and roll-out of KUBE (our agile optimization process) huddles across the portfolio.
  • Drive Activation of Influencer Strategy - Design and execute earned media and cultural influencer programs within the experience plan. To actively build advocacy and relevance for Kellogg's iconic brands, in this role you'll leverage influencer relations, in conjunction with the agencies, to earn positive news coverage and authentic influencer coverage of our brands to resonate with today's consumer.
  • Analyze and Apply Insights - You'll continue to grow and expand our Experience knowledge through internal and external training session and workshops, and obtain and analyze insights from owned social content reporting. You'll also participate in analysis and learn from the KUBE and apply learnings to current/future Experience Plans. We value your insight.
  • Share Best Practices - Acting as a connector and facilitator with internal teams, you'll organize and lead social and influencer playbooks development and best practice implementation. You'll apply platform best practices and establish guidelines as they relate to driving consumer behavior in the market.



  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with agency partners
  • Proven ideation, brainstorming, and facilitation skills and demonstrated leadership in motivating cross-functional teams including agencies
  • Belief and commitment to the power of ideas, the creative process, and the ability to discern which will lead to a breakthrough presence in market and behavior change
  • Ability to analyze and distill valuable insights from owned social content and share brand application

This role can either work from our office in Downtown Chicago, IL or from Corporate Headquarters in Battle Creek, MI.
