In this exciting role, you will focus on the customer by delivering insights, strategies, and execution. You will manage the Plant-Based Protein Categorys Innovation to achieve the Quarterly and Annual Net Sales Budget, Operating Profits, and Market Share growth - all while building your expertise and network. HERES A TASTE OF WHAT YOULL BE DOING Customer Focus - Our Customers and the Field Sales team will rely on you to represent them and serve as their voice to several headquarter functions. You will ensure Innovation and programs to support are executable. You will ensure that the voice of our Retailers / Sales teams is represented within our Strategies & Plans. Cross-functional Collaboration This role has significant partnerships across our entire Commercial Category: Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Research & Development, and Sales. This individual must be able to lead a group of diverse functions and ensure they are all working towards the same initiatives. Business Insights - You will proactively track, analyze and make strategic and tactical recommendations behind program results. It will be necessary for you to provide perspective and solutions to the marketplace. By sharing achievements or best practices related to events, you will help set others up for success. Internal Optimization - Driving a strong alignment and partnership with the sales team will be key to your success. It is important to be inclusive of both the account managers and the execution leads to understanding needs, timing, distribution, execution & support plans, etc. You will frequently monitor and drive visibility on all Product Work Requests (PWR). Project Management - Putting your project management skills to work you will frequently lead key Multifunctional Projects, driving sales and Business Unit objectives. You will be accountable for chartering new projects, upon demand. YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS Required: Strong background in the areas of field sales and multifunctional project work. Minimum High School Diploma / GED Ability to manage multiple projects with various deadlines, specific time constraints, and conflicting priorities. Must be able to prioritize projects within heavy workload periods This position requires the incumbent to frequently work in dynamic, short time-lined situations that require working extended hours Strong organizational, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills Strong Analytical skills: the ability to interpret Neilsen Data and Market Research Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications The ability to work with many people at varying levels of experience and authority. Proven track record of business partner influence, partnership, and relationship building. This person is a creative and strategic thinker who is accustomed to working in diverse teams. Self-starter who holds themselves accountable for performance while still able to keep it fun!
