ARCADIA HAS IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR HOME HEALTH AIDES AND CNA'S,
JUST IN TIME FOR THE HOLIDAYS!Arcadia Home Care & Staffing is
currently looking for compassionate, professional and reliable home
health aides/caregivers and CNA's in the Battle Creek area to join
our growing team. Home Health Aide/ Caregiver/ CNA Duties and
Responsibilities:* Enable patients to stay in their homes by
providing support and personal services.* Assist patients by
providing personal services, such as, bathing, dressing and
grooming.* Support patients by providing light housekeeping and
laundry services; shopping for food and other household
requirements; preparing and serving meals and snacks and running
errands.* Keep patients engaged through conversation, games and
other forms of entertainment.* Maintain a safe, secure and healthy
patient environment by following Arcadia's standards and
procedures.Requirements for a Home Health Aide/ Caregiver/ CNA at
Arcadia Home Care & Staffing:* Valid Driver's License and current
Auto Insurance * High School Degree or equivalent* Working phone*
Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards*
Must be able to pass all pre-screening requirements* Must be able
to work occasional weekends* GREAT ATTENDANCE* Exceptional patient
service skills along with a caring and compassionate personalityWhy
