Pioneer, Ohio. Toledo Tool & Die is adding Die Setter to our team
to support our continued growth. This is a full-time position based
in Pioneer, Ohio. We offer competitive wages, growth opportunities,

this position are typically: 1st shift: Monday-Friday,
5:45am-2:00pm 2nd shift: Monday-Friday, 1:45pm-10:00pm 3rd shift:
Sunday-Friday, 9:45pm-6:00am *Must be available to work overtime

OFFER YOU: Starting pay of $22.00/hour $1.50 shift premium for 2nd
shift $1.00 shift premium for 3rd shift Weekly pay 10 paid holidays

inclined. Previous experience in a factory is beneficial but not

Willingness to learn Safety minded SUMMARY: The Die Setter is
responsible for setting up, adjusting, and maintaining stamping
dies in mechanical and/or hydraulic presses to ensure efficient
production runs and high-quality parts. This role plays a key part
in minimizing downtime and ensuring that tooling is aligned,
secured, and functioning properly. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: ·
Install, align, and secure dies in stamping presses per production
schedule and job specifications. · Set up tooling and make
necessary die adjustments to ensure proper operation and product
quality. · Perform die changes quickly and accurately to reduce
machine downtime. · Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and
other material handling equipment. · Troubleshoot die and press
issues during production runs and escalate complex problems as
needed. · Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE. ·
Accurately complete die setup and production documentation. ·
Assist with press operators and team members as necessary. ·
Maintain a clean and organized work area. Requirements A high
school education or equivalent with one (1) year minimum experience
in die-setting or related technical field, preferably in a metal
stamping environment. Read, interpret and comprehend safety,
operating and maintenance documents and procedures. Ability to pass
mechanical aptitude test. Ability to operate power press. Ability
to pass die setter training program. Ability to obtain/retain an
Industrial Powered Lift Truck certification. Ability to
obtain/retain an Overhead Crane certification. Ability to
obtain/retain a Lock out/Tag out Authorization certification.
Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing
environment to ensure delivery requirements. Lift up to fifty (50)
pounds. Identified candidates must be able to work overtime (daily,
