Job Description:
Our client, in the Packaging and Advanced Materials is seeking
Production Operators to join their team. As a Production Operator,
you will be part of the Production Team. The ideal candidate will
have an attention to detail and a team player which will align
successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production Operator
1st and 3rd Shift Location: Van Wert Ohio 45891 Pay Range:
$17.50-$18.50 What’s the Job? Assists in the production and
operation of manufacturing process equipment. Prepares production
logs, product tags and time cards as necessary. Operates scrap
grinder as required and understands recycle system. Follows and
participates in plant safe housekeeping guidelines designed to
ensure a safe work environment. Remains compliant with SQF / BRC /
HACCP requirements as per this location’s written “Food Safety &
Quality Policy”. What’s Needed? Detail Oriented: Capable of
carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the
task done well Dedicated: Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty
or integrity The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 12
pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Previous
manufacturing experience preferred. Must be able to work 12 hour
shifts, on a 2.2.3 rotation, 4:45am-5pm or 4:45pm-5am. What’s in it
