manufacturing and woodworking industries, is seeking a CNC Operator
to join their team. As a CNC Operator, you will be part of the
production department supporting the manufacturing process. The
ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment
to quality, and the ability to work independently and
collaboratively within a team, which will align successfully in the
organization. Job Title: CNC Operator Location: South Bend, IN Pay
Range: Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. What's the
Job? Operate and maintain CNC machinery to produce high-quality
wood products Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
accurately Ensure products meet established quality standards
Maintain a safe and clean work environment adhering to safety
protocols Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot machinery as
needed What's Needed? Previous CNC experience required Woodworking
experience preferred Strong attention to detail and dedication to
quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good
reading comprehension of technical drawings and blueprints What's
