Job Title: Product Specialist, Digital Marketing Location:
Remote (must follow Eastern Time) Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00
AM 5:00 PM EST Compensation: $40.97/hr The Product Specialist,
Digital Marketing reports to the Senior Product Manager and
supports the execution of digital product initiatives within the
eCommerce portfolio. This role helps coordinate day-to-day product
activities, supports Agile workflows, and works closely with
product owners, designers, and technical teams to ensure projects
move forward efficiently across the product lifecycle. Essential
Duties: Assist product owners in managing and executing digital
initiatives across the product portfolio. Support the
implementation of the product roadmap and ongoing product
activities. Capture detailed notes, summaries, and key decisions
from standups, core meetings, and working sessions. Create and
assign tasks in JIRA for designers, copywriters, and business
analysts based on outcomes from team discussions. Review UI and
functional stories prepared by business analysts prior to Entry
Amigo. Contribute to discovery efforts and assist in developing
epics and requirements. Work collaboratively with internal business
teams, vendors, and IT partners to deliver on strategic
initiatives. Help organize and prioritize the product backlog based
on business impact and return on investment. Support planning and
coordination of product releases and upcoming feature rollouts.
Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and issue tracking. Share
updates on feature releases with stakeholders and business subject
matter experts. Represent the customer perspective while ensuring
business objectives are met. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of
experience in a digital or related field. Positive, proactive
mindset with a willingness to learn new tools and processes. Strong
organizational and time management abilities. High level of
attention to detail, particularly when documenting discussions and
decisions. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation
communication skills. Strong analytical thinking and
problem-solving capabilities. Creative and solution-focused
approach to challenges. Experience as a Product Owner is a plus.
Project management experience is a plus. Experience with EDI
implementation or Punchout solutions is a plus. Familiarity with
Agile methodologies and principles is a plus. Experience using JIRA
is preferred. TM2
