About the Job
The Office & Human Resources Coordinator is an integral part of our
team. The individual in this role helps ensure office operations
run smoothly. It requires an organized individual with excellent
interpersonal skills. The role offers a great place to start your

as administrative project management, marketing/proposal
coordination, human resources, and accounting.
Office Administration Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain office budget and reporting with office
leadership.
- Manage all courier/shipping and receiving duties including
managing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Establish vendor agreements for office equipment and building
services.
- Ensure third-party office equipment and building service
vendors are performing as expected.
- Answer phone calls, direct calls, and answer client
inquiries.
- Update and maintain phone, seating chart, and contact lists for
the office.
- Maintain files and records with an effective filing
system.
- Assist corporate accounting team with ensuring time reports are
entered on time and correctly by employees.
- Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office,
including clients, vendors, potential candidates, and employees
visiting from other offices.
- Schedule travel arrangements for potential candidates and other
visitors as necessary.
- Manage the schedule for conference and meeting rooms.
- Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies.
- Coordinate building maintenance activities - cleaning services,
landscaping, building repairs, and scheduled maintenance.
- Plan local office social events, outings, and parties.
- Encourage and maintain a welcoming, professional, and safe
working environment.
- Pick up and distribute parking passes. People & Management
Responsibilities (HR)
Support recruiting activities such as scheduling interviews,
employment references, and coordinating career fairs.
- Assist Human Resources by conducting and coordinating new hire
orientation, ensuring that the onboarding program is executed
effectively.
- Answers basic policy, payroll, and benefits questions and
refers more complex issues to higher-level People & Management team
members.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies.
- Evaluate and encourage employee satisfaction and
engagement.
- Serve as Sexual Harassment in-take coordinator.
- Assists with conducting exit interviews.
- Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex
issues to higher-level People & Management team members.
- Assists department in the administration and monitoring of our
performance management program.
- Help coordinate and ensure the smooth operation of internship
programs with members of our Talent and Technical teams. Physical
Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a
computer.
- Must be able to lift-up to 15 pounds at times. Travel
Requirements:
- Traveling will be limited, possibly up to 5%. About You
Successful candidates at Dennis Group are highly organized,
professional, self-motivated, and energetic individuals with
excellent communication and inter-personal skills. In addition, you
have:
- A minimum of five (5) years of related experience
(preferred)
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- An ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent
responsibilities.
- A strong attention to detail
- Ability to be resourceful and anticipate the team's needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral and
written)
