The Winchester, Hancock, Donkey Taqueria, and All In Catering make
up this dynamic restaurant group. All are conveniently located in
the Uptown neighborhood on Wealthy Street. Food brings us together.

cooks will have oversite of kitchen service operations during their
shift. Areas of Focus (including but not limited to): Preparing a
variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items
Assuming 100% responsibility for the quality of products made
Efficient in portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and
kitchen standards Stocking and product management including waste
control Maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation Excelling in
time management Following all food safety standards and procedures
Requirements : Minimum 1-year experience as a prep cook in a
high-volume restaurant/bar Spanish Speaking Preferred Strong
organizational skills to manage the needs of the restaurant
Detailed oriented Having a positive, welcoming, and upbeat attitude
Communication skills to inspire and motivate consistency and
excellence Strong belief in a professional and ethical approach to
guest services Reports To: General Manager/ Chef de Cuisine Pay:
Hourly Hours: Part Time (Evening Shifts Required) Weekend
