and are valued. Job Description: This position is responsible for
the supervision and clinical oversight of assigned caregivers and
will direct, administer and document care given to residents.
Additional responsibilities include (but not limited to): Provides
leadership and delegates responsibilities to assigned caregivers
Ensures adequate orientation and training to assigned caregivers
Ensures adequate nursing documentation in accordance with policy
and nursing standards of practice Job Requirements: Must have
current LPN or RN license in the State of Michigan Must have
current CPR certification Must have strong leadership skills and
have the ability to lead a team Strong assessment skills Knowledge
of geriatrics preferred At least one year of nursing experience
preferred License Requirements: Must be a licensed Registered Nurse
in the State of Michigan Education: In accordance with nursing
license
