in the State of Michigan Strong communication, organizational, and
interpersonal skills Duties & Responsibilities Support the Division
Head in strategic planning, goal setting, and execution of
divisional initiatives Assist with day-to-day operations, including
scheduling, workflow oversight, and policy implementation Provide
leadership and mentorship to faculty/staff, fostering collaboration
and professional growth Participate in hiring, onboarding,
evaluation, and performance management processes Help oversee
budgets, resources, and compliance with institutional or
organizational policies Represent the division in meetings,
committees, and cross-functional collaborations Step in for the
Division Head as needed to ensure continuity of leadership We are
