This full-time opportunity offers a challenging yet rewarding environment for dedicated professionals seeking flexible, hospital-based IR services with a supportive team. As a vital member of our interventional radiology department, you'll perform a range of procedures including angioplasty, stent placement, embolization, needle biopsies, thrombolysis, and UFE, with additional experience in orthopedic, gynecological, and urological cases highly valued. Work within a collaborative team supported by experienced APPs and a skilled IR manager, in a setting that averages eight cases daily. The role follows a Q3 call schedule, ensuring balanced workload and professional growth. Required Skills Board Certification in Radiology with subspecialty in Interventional Radiology Valid medical license for practice in Michigan Proven experience in performing complex IR procedures Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment Strong documentation skills and familiarity with EMR systems Nice to Have Skills Experience with ortho, gyn, urology procedures Ability to navigate multiple cases efficiently Additional certifications in related specialties Preferred Education and Experience MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Minimum of 2 years post-training IR experience Prior hospital-based interventional radiology practice highly preferred Other Requirements Ability to commit for at least 3 weeks per month (additional travel flexibility is open) Credentialing completion within 90 days, with fast-tracking available Mileage reimbursement at IRS standard rate Lodging provided on-campus if needed No required bill rate; compensation is based on an hourly rate (rate to be submitted) This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an esteemed facility with competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, and a robust referral bonus program.
