What You'll Do Schedule medical appointments, transportation, labs, MAT injections etc. Oversee all medications, pharmacy orders and deliveries, and obtain prescription authorizations Maintain complete documentation of all appointments, labs, and medical records in EMR Collaborate with extended treatment team as necessary, escalating any concerns Ensure all services are provided in an efficient and timely manner What We're Looking For High School diploma/ GED or Bachelor's degree preferred Strong oral and written communication skills Time management, collaborative, and multitasking skills Understanding of substance use and its bio-psychosocial consequences Where You'll Work Avenues Recovery Center at Fort Wayne is a 100- bed residential facility offering drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services.
