Job Opportunity – Cardiovascular Operating Room RN – Michigan Start Date: February 16, 2026 Location: Saginaw, Michigan Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Call required on all days worked and weekends (weekend call is for standby only; very infrequent call-ins) Highlights: Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) position with open heart case experience Lead the OR team in assessing, planning, and implementing individualized patient care during surgical procedures Supervise operating room activity, coordinate scheduling, and maintain sterile field standards Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams Participate in ongoing staff development, in-services, and educational opportunities 24-hour turnaround time on feedback and offers Requirements: Active Michigan RN license (verified via LARA and/or Nursys) Minimum 3 years of CVOR experience required Open heart experience required Recent travel work history highly preferred Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications Skills checklist current to within 1 year, pertinent to CVOR specialty Two supervisory reference forms completed within the last two years Why It's a Great Opportunity: This role offers the chance to provide critical, high-acuity cardiovascular care while leading a collaborative surgical team.
