Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) RN – Michigan Start Date:
February 16, 2026 Location: Saginaw, Michigan Compensation: Details
provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Call required on all
days worked and weekends (weekend call is very infrequent;
report-in only if cases are scheduled) Highlights: Cardiovascular
operating room position with open heart surgery experience required
Lead surgical care by assessing patient needs, developing
individualized care plans, and maintaining patient safety
throughout procedures Supervise OR team activities, coordinate
scheduling changes, and monitor sterile field integrity Participate
in staff development, preceptorship, and continuing education
opportunities Fast-track hiring process with 24-hour turnaround on
feedback and offers Call coverage includes weekdays and weekends,
with infrequent weekend case volume Requirements: Active Michigan
RN license (verified via LARA and/or Nursys) Minimum 3 years of
CVOR experience required Open heart surgery experience required
Recent travel work history highly preferred Current American Heart
Association BLS certification Current American Heart Association
ACLS certification CVOR skills checklist (current within 1 year)
required at submission Two supervisory reference forms completed
