Job Opportunity – Clinical Care Registered Nurse – Michigan Start Date: December 8, 2025 Location: Battle Creek, Michigan Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Standard business hours with occasional extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed Highlights: Provide independent, advanced nursing care to frail and elderly participants in both clinic and home-based settings Manage complex clinical situations including wound care, lab draws, assessments, and medication administration Collaborate with Primary Care Providers to monitor acute and chronic medical conditions Regular home visits to deliver direct patient care and treatment Work within a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) model focused on comprehensive senior care Opportunity to apply advanced clinical judgment in triaging emergent situations Requirements: Active Michigan Registered Nurse license Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum one year of experience with frail, elderly, or long-term care populations Home care experience preferred (minimum one year) Wound care experience preferred (minimum one year) Current CPR certification by AHA or willingness to obtain upon hire Valid Michigan driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance Full vaccination status or willingness to be vaccinated against Influenza, MMR, Varicella, Tdap/Td, COVID-19, and Hepatitis B Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of senior participants through compassionate, comprehensive care delivery.
