    • 
      
    • Active OH or Compact -State Registered Nurse License
      
    • Valid BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
      
    • ***Mixed unit PCU, Med Surg Tele and Med Surg
      
    • -Must be familiar with intermediate medication gtts (ie: heparin, nitro, cardizem, insulin, etc)
      
    • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
      
    • Additional certifications may be required
