  • Will float to other ICU units as neededPosition Requirements & Unit Information:BLS (AHA)ACLS (AHA)NIHMichigan RN License1 Year experience ICUPatient Ratios 1:1-4Our ICU is PCU and ICU patients mix.PCU and Gen med/Transfer status can be in a 4:1 group based on acuityPCU can also be in a 4-3:1 based on acuityICU and PCU can be in a mix of 3:1 based on accuityVent Patients are in a 2:1Cooling/CRRT/ or High Acuity will be in a 1:1 group.Our unit has an average of 3 vents a day.Our ICU Dr will keep a patient ICU if they feel they do not want to hand off the patient, even though their Acuity level is low.
