Evolve Healthcare Inc. is seeking Licensed Behavioral Health Professionals -for immediate corrections openings in the Battle Creek, MI area. In -this role -the selected LBHP will complete a variety of assignments, including:

• Providing mental health services to prisoners. Work is performed within the guidelines of the corrections mental health program, and employees provide casework and treatment services, within the scope of their practice, to prisoners diagnosed with a mental illness or mental disability through outpatient mental health services, residential treatment programs, and inpatient treatment programs.Requirements: -
  • 2 year of experience required.
  • Valid state license
  • Ability to successfully manage time and tasks independently, setting priorities and following through.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective and respect communication both verbally and in writing in a multitude of situations and settings, including highly emotional interactions.
  • Work effectively with and build relationships with others.
  • Commitment to working with a diverse range inmates and colleagues.
  • Interpret and provide a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Pay Range: -
    • Compensation is negotiable
    • Compensation may include nontaxable allowance for greater than 50 mile commute
    • Nontaxable allowance paid up to 7 days/week
    • Compensation paid weekly
