a valid nursing license, in good standing-Have a minimum of 3 years
long term care experience-Maintain current records of all residents
admitted and discharged by the center-Audit resident charts for
compliance-Protect the confidentiality of all resident
information-Maintain current knowledge of medical records practices
and procedures, governing rules. regulations, and state survey
requirements.-Have a minimum of 1 year EMR experience, PCC
experience preferred
