As an Associate Manager in Consumer Affairs, you will facilitate the consumer experience for assigned brands across primary service channels including contact center, website, and social media by ensuring that all consumer and contact-center facing information is accurate, clear and concise. You will analyze consumer contact data to discover insights and trends to promote a positive consumer experience and ensure effective and consistent communications to internal business stakeholders. In addition, you will monitor data daily to support our quality initiatives, and protect our company reputation.Working at our world headquarters in Battle Creek, MI, using your can-do, go-getter attitude, youll meet the needs of the business, while engaging with multiple levels and functions throughout our company to get the job done. You will develop scripts, responses, and training material for your assigned brands. In addition, you will maintain the information in the Consumer Response System (CRS) and knowledgebase for focus areas. Digital Content Youll manage self-service content for your assigned brands and support testing of new consumer-facing websites, promotional offers, etc. Then, youll provide feedback to enhance the customer experience. Quality and Crisis Management In this role, you will monitor contact data for serious complaint trends and escalated contacts daily. You may escalate situations that meet criteria for corrective action for further review and initiate corrective actions.
