Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director, Project Program Management to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing the delivery of AI projects, working closely with matrixed business SMEs and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI development (personas, agents, automations), data management, and business testing AI solutions, with the ability to oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively. Additionally, this role will be key in helping business partners identify the art of the possible when it comes to AI.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements and develop AI solutions (Personas, Agents, Automations) that meet business goals and objectives.
  • Manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Oversee business testing to ensure AI solutions' effectiveness and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with the DDAT team to ensure alignment and integration.
  • Collaborate with matrixed business SMEs and technical teams to ensure successful AI project delivery.
  • Mentor team members and share AI development best practices.
  • Monitor AI solutions in production and pursue continuous improvement.

    Identify the Art of the Possible

  • Work with business partners to explore innovative AI opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on leveraging AI to meet business goals.
  • Stay updated on AI trends and technologies to inform business strategies.
  • Keep abreast of new AI development tools and technologies for optimal solutions.

    Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of combined experience in AI and automation solution delivery.
  • Understanding of AI persona development and implementation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong execution and delivery skills for technical solutions.
  • Effective collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Growth mindset and agility in developing oneself and others.

    Preferred Skills

  • Experience creating Microsoft Copilot agents and flows utilizing Power Tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Admin Studio).
  • Knowledge of Python, APIs, and JSON is advantageous.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Understanding of change management principles.
  • Familiarity with DDAT frameworks and methodologies.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

    Education
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
    Pay Range
    The typical pay range for this role is $100,000 - $231,540. Actual salary depends on experience, education, location, and other factors. This role is eligible for bonuses, commissions, or incentives, and includes an equity award target.
