Job Description:
Innovate with us as a Senior Launch Program Manager for the
Kellogg Company! Managing 2-5 direct reports, you will play a key
role in the overall management and success of multiple new product
launches, product improvements, line extensions, and promotions
that drive business results. Your love for detail and ability to
manage multiple priorities along with your capacity for
problem-solving will be key to the success of Kellogg come grow
with us! This position will work on a hybrid model and is based in
Battle Creek, MI. HERES A TASTE OF WHAT YOULL BE DOING
- Developing, organizing, managing, and executing complex
projects; delivering to cost, schedule, and performance as well as
providing leadership and direction to cross-functional project
teams.
- Ensuring the Innovation Process and Program enables the
completion of key activities so that Senior Management has
appropriate information to make timely decisions and choices for
the Portfolio.
- Foreseeing potential business or technical issues and
proactively addressing them, ensuring contingency plans are
available from each respective function as required to deliver
Category goals.
- Exhibiting innovation in discovery, advancement, and evaluation
of timely and cost-effective improvements, concepts, developments,
or technical insight
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to use systems and
tools that reflect project timelines and interactions. Provides
strategic input to plan and prioritize project approvals for
efficient use of resources.
- Demonstrating leadership within Launch Program Management and
supporting the company philosophy and direction within that
discipline YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS Required:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related
field
- Experience in R&D, Engineering, Operations or Business
Management preferably at a Consumer-Packaged Goods Company
(CPG)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey
complex and/or detailed information to multiple
individuals/audiences with differing knowledge levels
- Can you talk the talk? Negotiation and alignment driving skills
are key
- Experience with the stage gate process within a CPG company
