Join Kellogg Community Credit Union as a Business Services Manager! The Business Services Manager role is critical to the organization and is responsible for overseeing our business lending team! In this role you will be assisting the team to provide support to the business community through commercial loans, deposit products, accounts, and world class member service. Responsibilities:

• Enthusiastically supports the Credit Union's focus on member sales and service by actively mentoring the Business Services Team to ensure they are promoting the credit union products and services based on member needs.
• Develops and maintains relationships throughout the business community.
• Represents the Credit Union to identified groups and individuals in order to market and promote business services.
• Promotes and exceeds the Credit Union's service values and standards of a world class experience for members.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Requirements:
  --- At least three years of similar or related experience --- Prior Management experience required --- Strong knowledge of commercial lending terms and practices --- Strong computer skills including the Microsoft suite. --- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills. --- Effective communication skills, written and oral. --- Ability to interact with others on a regular basis and build relationships. --- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
