Sr. Manager of IT- Service Excellence and Governance As the
-Senior Manager of Service Excellence and Governance will be
responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of IT services for
Company by both internal and external resources. S/he will be
responsible for leading a cross-functional team that provides
governance across multiple teams that support global platforms and
applications, driving quality, efficiency, cost effectiveness and
discipline, for results that are aligned with business objectives

A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Leadership & Business Partnership:
Works closely with Delivery and Sustainment Leads to ensure
delivery of IT services that effectively address Kellogg Global IT
and business needs. Partners with the Procurement organization to
drive the IT sourcing strategy and related activities to meet
business objectives. Execution and Delivery: Provide guidance to
project and support teams to help determine the best sourcing model
for any given project or platform. Drive institutionalization of
guidelines, policies and processes relating to sourcing governance.
Establish efficient frameworks (such as Agile, Lean/ Six Sigma) of
scalable processes to drive Service Excellence and Continuous
Improvement for an IT support organization serving multiple
business units worldwide. Design and establish appropriate metrics
for reporting on key performance and quality indicators related to
IT services provided by internal and external resources. Lead and
Mentor: As a Senior Manager, lead a team that ensures delivery of
IT services that are aligned to the Company's digital
transformation strategy in the most efficient and cost effective
manner. Mentor less-experienced individuals. YOUR RECIPE FOR
SUCCESS Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED and extensive related
experience
- 7+ years of IT or related experience
- Proven experience leading implementation and/or support of
technology solutions
- Experience developing, implementing and ensuring adherence to
policies, procedures and standards to ensure IT delivers value to
the enterprise -
- Vendor management experience, inclusive of negotiation related
to cost, scope, and timing utilizing staff augmentation or fix bid
models
- Familiarity with all aspects of the Software Development Life
Cycle (SDLC), using multiple tools and methodologies, including
Waterfall, Agile and Lean principles
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communications
skills with proven advanced experience communicating effectively to
large groups and executive leadership - -
- Experience managing teams and building relationships with
people at a variety of levels
- Experience managing and prioritizing needs across IT programs
and projects
- Financial acumen and management skills specific to project
budgets and people cost
- Experience working with global teams Bonus Points:
- Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information
Systems, or related field
- Experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry
- Experience leading a Service Excellence and/or Vendor
Management/Governance organization -
- PMP, Agile (CSM, ACP, SAFe) or similar Certification
