The Digital Delivery Manager oversees the development and
monitoring of department performance standards and has
responsibility for achieving and exceeding assigned targets through
the network of digital delivery programs including digital banking,
telephony, credit cards, debit cards, ITM, and ATM networks. The
Digital Delivery Manager supports organizational goals and
objectives and takes action to resolve problems. The Digital
Delivery Manager is to be the advocate for the identified programs
and vendor liaison.
The Digital Delivery Manager provides strategic direction and
oversight of Credit Union operational effectiveness and efficiency
for Digital Delivery and the Card Services department. Stays up to
date on technology advancements and competition in the
marketplace.
The Digital Delivery Manager develops, maintains, and updates
departmental process flows. Implements procedural changes to
increase efficiency and/or quality of service. Compiles and
recommends policies, procedures, changes, and enhancements.
The Digital Delivery Manager stays versed in all regulatory
guidelines that govern the relative area. Works collaboratively
with other managers to ensure effective operational practices and
minimize potential losses. Builds partnerships with critical
vendors to enhance relationships, drive development timelines and
maximize investments.
The Digital Delivery Manager provides leadership, professional
growth and guidance, and job role expectations to direct reports
and departments as well as cross-functional teams as applicable.
Researches and responds to inquiries and tickets from branches,
vendors, and members when needed. Coordinates workflows and
scheduling to meet processing deadlines and optimize output.
The Digital Delivery Manager creates the budget for assigned GLs
and manages the attainment of that budget. Identify areas to
improve on budget allocations based on identified areas of high or
unnecessary spending through vendor research, contract
negotiations, etc., and work with Finance and Accounting to control
and reduce costs, unnecessary spending, and budget for future
expenditures
