Job Description:
This is a hybrid position - 2-3 days in office in Battle Creek,
MI
The Opportunity:
Are you someone who likes brining all the pieces of projects
together? -Do you organize and plan everything you do? -Are you
good a hunting down information and helping make sure people are
aligned and proper expectations are set? -We are looking for an
experienced project manager that is used to handling technical
projects. -You will be the main interface with our UX/UI manager,
our developers, and our client focused teams to help make sure our
tasks get scheduled and followed up on and completed in a timely
basis when it comes to making sure our websites run properly. -We
will also have you update and implement training processes on how
our websites work.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
You will work to make sure projects have a plan and adhere to their
timeline, budget, and scope. -This includes helping to set
schedules, interfacing with clients, helping follow up to keep
things moving, creating best practices, and being a key
communication person when it comes to getting things done. -You
will assist in getting answer the development teams from internal
and client resources to help keep a project moving.
Define, manage, and execute project tasks related to the
implementation, maintenance and upkeep of our eCommerce
websites
Ensure our deadlines for projects, websites, add-ons, are being met
and working with leadership to get things back on track when they
fall behind or get missed
Coordinate the team members actions across departments to make sure
the projects stay on time and on budget
Ensure proper quoting and timeframe allocation for features and
functions being added and that new projects are fully scoped as we
the project plan gets built
Define and manage the UAT and QA for our website builds and
ensuring testing gets completed, tasks get scheduled based on that
feedback are provided to dev team for new launch, upgrades or
features/functions addition
Collaborate with account teams and clients to ensure the needs are
being met and everything is being done to client satisfaction
Work with marketing to help generate reviews for products, surveys
for satisfaction, and feedback from our clients and website
customers is getting gathers and posted when needed.
Liaison for support staff in trouble-shooting issues and
collaborating with Web Development for solutions
Coordinate getting projects created and tasks scheduled in our
project management software
Product support to leadership team with scheduling team tasks and
organizing standard procedures for their teams with regards to
project management
Routinely collaborate with our clients to ensure desired design and
functional features are obtained
Perform research on plug-ins, updates, apps, and add-ons for our
websites based on desired features and functions
Manage the plan for migration of eCommerce websites from legacy or
outdates platform versions to new eCommerce or updated versions
Make sure we are proactive with upkeep on our website processes,
security, and upgrades
Collaborate with Information Technology staff, customer services,
and other parties on data flow to and from our warehouse management
system for order fulfillment and shipment
Responsible for documentation and communication of training
components across multiple applications
Devise test plans and complete end to end testing prior to launch
of websites
Create training manuals for Customer Support Representatives,
Digital Management Team and Client Success Managers
Aid creative, digital and development teams in Troubleshooting
visual issues with website and campaigns
Work with Digital Marketing Director and Digital Team in setting
performance-based tasks and goals for sites based on analytics and
other data
Aid in Troubleshooting visual issues with website and campaigns
Help UX/UI with developer management if requested and balance
workload to accommodate their requests
Review new products and pages created by CSM, PM, DMS to ensure
they follow best practices
Create standard operating procedures for items regularly being
used
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant project management experience,
ideally with agency or technical projects
Have at least your CAPM certification - work towards PMP
certification while here
Project management software experience (Jira and Asana are a
plus)
Gantt charting expertise
Strong attention to details, excellent communication skills and
follow up
Excellent knowledge of troubleshooting and identifying problem
areas
Experience with eCommerce projects and upkeep - Magento and Shopify
are pluses
Ability to project-manage self and work to strict deadlines
Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment

Compensation:
This is a full-time salaried position. Salary is commensurate with
