Wild Toledo Restoration Technician (Part- Time) Toledo Zoo &
Aquarium Th e Toledo Zoo & Aquarium has been educating, inspiring,

the same time. Our Conservation department is currently seeking a
Part- Time Restoration Technician who is passionate about learning
new things and giving our guests the best possible experience.
Under limited supervision, the Wild Toledo Restoration Technician
will perform a variety of duties related to the operation of Wild
Toledo’s native habitat restoration initiatives. Restoration sites
span a variety of habitats such as prairies, woodlands, and
wetlands. Locations include the Toledo Zoo campus as well as
numerous off-site locations in both urban and rural settings
including municipalities, schools, corporate campuses, and private
residences. Minimum Training and Experience Must be 18 years of age
Must possess a valid drivers’ license and be insurable by the fleet
insurance carrier Preference will be given to current biology
students as well as those with degrees in the field. Ability to
work in regular field conditions that may include heat, humidity,
rain, insect bites, and stings. Traveling to various locations
throughout the NW Ohio and SE Michigan Areas Some minimal travel
over an hour away in a day. Some weekend work required The Toledo
