Duties: - Provide strategic mindset for creative work that builds upon the brand foundational tools and strengthens our brands in an overly competitive market - Responsible for staying within expected budget of project and consistently meets deadlines to ensure we are meeting expectations of brand and customer teams. - Increase team agility by driving alignment with Design Managers and working quickly through design timelines and packaging deliverables. - Focus on our design work for packaging for new products, formats and retail channels.
