Coordinator (Remote – Grand Rapids Area) Location: Remote (Must
reside near Grand Rapids, MI for potential onsite requests)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (No Overtime)
Training: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (based on trainer
availability) Position Overview We are seeking an entry-level
Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. This role
involves coordinating furniture warranty service by working closely
with service technicians and customers. The ideal candidate will
provide exceptional customer service, manage work orders, and
ensure timely communication and documentation. Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers and
technicians. Provide accurate information, complete forms, and
determine claim status based on guidelines. Dispatch and schedule
service requests to technicians; process work orders promptly.
Interpret technician reports and follow up as needed. Build strong
relationships with technicians and business partners. Source and
onboard new technicians; provide feedback and coaching. Act as
liaison for business-to-business accounts; ensure timely responses
and compliance with SLAs. Document customer interactions and close
claims/cases appropriately. Maintain professionalism and deliver
outstanding customer service at all times. Perform additional
administrative duties as assigned. Required Skills & Qualifications
6 months of call center experience (inbound or outbound).
Experience with data entry or order processing (20–30% of role).
Strong computer skills; ability to navigate multiple systems
simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Must have
high-speed internet and ability to hardwire modem to
company-provided phone. Preferred Qualifications Experience in
logistics, dispatching, or claims processing . Associate degree or
higher. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position
based out of Grand Rapids, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for
this position is $14.00 - $14.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply
to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and
