Job Description:
Marvin is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural
Project Coordinator to join our innovative Engineering &
Architecture team. With a focus on excellence that dates back to
1912, Marvin has been a pioneer in designing and manufacturing
premium windows and doors known for enhancing living spaces through
superior design and functionality. As a Project Coordinator, you
will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between initial
architectural designs and the completion of construction projects,
ensuring that all components reflect Marvin's standards of
creativity and quality. Coordinate project activities from
conception through completion, including planning, execution, and
finalization in accordance with strict deadlines and budget.
Communicate directly with architects, contractors, and clients to
gather project requirements and provide status updates. Assist in
the development of project plans, including resource allocation and
scheduling. Monitor compliance with building codes, regulations,
and Marvin's quality standards. Prepare and review project
documentation, such as contracts, drawings, and specifications, to
ensure accuracy and completeness. Facilitate problem-solving
sessions and conflict resolutions to address challenges in project
execution. Conduct site visits to ensure projects adhere to
architectural specifications and industry standards. Strong
proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and
interpret architectural drawings and technical documents. Strong
organizational skills and attention to detail. Capacity to manage
multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Proficiency with CAD and project management tools is highly
desirable.
