outdoor living spaces. As a Horticulture Specialist in Fort Wayne,
IN , you’ll perform all facets of property management. Most
specifically in the areas of landscape / garden maintenance and
annual / perennial care. Responsibilities Complete account
activities and daily tasks as assigned Accurately execute duties
designed for perennial projects and perennial maintenance Maintain
a high level of attention to detail Assist Perennial division with
spring, summer and fall color and annual flower containers Assist
in preparation, cleaning and organizing of greenhouse Assist and
participate in client events / parties, holiday set-ups and tear
downs as needed Assist with spring and fall cleanups Support other
departments with special projects and be able to perform certain
landscape maintenance duties Organization, storage and care for
company’s property and equipment Assist team in completing various
shop duties Adhere to safety policies Be a good team member to
coworkers and associates Requirements Sufficient experience in
landscaping, perennial / gardening and horticulturepreferred
Ability to present oneself in a professional manner to clients
Positive attitude Work well in a team environment Knowledge and
skill in gardening, planting, trimming, watering, fertilization,
chemical applicationpreferred Professional approach to any job
situation Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out
instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form Ability to
solve problems Valid driver’s license with good driving record Able
to perform the physical demands of the job Compensation $20 – 25 /
