(Chicago, IL - 412 N Wells Street). - In this exciting role you
will help us to achieve industry leadership in omni commerce by

Consumers. - Your key objectives will include: 1) Develop digital
marketing strategy based on Category and brand priorities, consumer
strategy, changes in supply and demand and competitive pressures 2)
Own and lead Category led initiatives in collaboration with
experience planning and omni commercial team 3) Plan and execute
digitally led conversion tactics like Paid Search, basket building
programs, display advertising campaigns and other related tactics.

DOING
- Category Omni Strategy - -You will collaborate with category
teams to build and align on the omni strategy and growth plans for
the category. Build investment posture to attain the strategic
objectives (e.g., GSV, Share, etc.) by channel.
- Marketing Performance - -You will drive strong performance
marketing programs across all customer platforms. - This will be
accomplished through agency resources ensuring on-brand delivery
and high Return On Investment as applicable across pureplay, omni
channel and emerging platforms. You will contribute to marketing
effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-term issues that
must be addressed. You will measure and report performance of all
digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI,
KPIs).
- Collaboration - -Work collaboratively with Omni Commercial Team
to translate category priorities into customer plans and vice
versa. Also consult on customer specific tentpoles. -Partnering
with the Content Management, Commercial Strategy and Omni
Commercial teams to successfully plan and execute performance
marketing efforts including paid search, display and basket
building programs. - Together you will ensure that organic -and
paid strategies complement each other. You will manage agency
relationships and media operations like budgeting, Media
Authorization process and the PO process.
- Marketing Integration - -This position will ensure tight
integration with the North America marketing organization. -You
will deliver a seamless experience to consumers by tightly
integrating with the broader marketing and omni commerce
organization. - -This will ensure the deployment of on-brand
strategies in campaigns via the Integrated Commercial Planning
-(ICP) - -process. YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS Required:
- Significant experience in client service / agency and Retail /
CPG
- Leadership skills and demonstrated ability to influence senior
levels in the organization.
- Experience with Amazon Advertising, Instacart, retail networks
such as Criteo, Quotient and retailer media (i.e. Kroger, Walmart
Media Connect (WMC) or Target) is necessary - Bonus Points:
- Advanced Degree (Masters)
- Experience working directly for a food company
- Prior experience with digitally native brands
