purpose of the Sales Administrator is to change people s lives by
being their champion throughout the purchasing process. Essential
Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities Working with the sales team
to ensure accuracy with deals and paperwork and processing work
orders. Gathering and documenting information from customers
through our Customer Relations Management (CRM) system Tracking
inventory status throughout the production and sales process using
or Dealership Management Software (DMS) and physically walking
production Use of Credit Union Direct Lending (CUDL) software
Wowing our customers with excellent customer service by providing
status updates on vehicles currently in production as well as
scheduled builds to customers and sales personnel Communicating
with customers via email, text, and calls Maintain a steady
workflow for sales personnel in the absence of the Vice President
of Sales. General Duties subject to but not limited to: Answering
inbound calls Use Adobe Docs and DocuSign Strong attention to
detail Ability to work independently Strong verbal and written
communication skills Familiarity with G Suite products Experience
in working with Databases Ability to work with a variety of
personalities in a professional manner Track newly finished
inventory and report to marketing for photos Strong commitment to
customer service Understanding lending processes Education, Skills,
and Abilities High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor's Degree
in Business or related field required Knowledge in math
